There are 6 production lines of Saechina.
They are SMT line, insertion line, after soldering line, module line, |

assembly line and packaging line. |

The production lines are able to produce power amplifiers, audio
processors, mixers, SMPS and high frequency transformers. |
|

The efficiency is 2.4 min to produce one
amplifier. |

A clean, constant temperature and constant humidity room is necessary for the SMT
system. A high-speed and high definition SMT system also is necessary for the high-class
professional audio equipment. Saechina use the PANASONIC SMT system and it can
deliver 1 chip component in 0.25s.100% of the Saechina audio products have adopted the SMT technology and 100% PCB are produced by SMT |

Besides audio products,Saechina also
design and produce the SMPS(switching
mode power supply) by himself.
We have all the machines to produce the |

high-frequency transformers
and inductances. |

This is the cable and wiring workshop of Saechina. It produces shield audio wires, control
cables, power cables, etc. inside the audio equipments. |

Saechina is able to produce the chassis and hardware parts by himself.The auto punching
and auto bending machines are AMADA`s products from Japan.
We can produce the chassis with steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Meanwhile,
we do the silk printing by ourselves.
Except for the PCB are made by other factories outside Saechina, all the materials with
long purchasing period have been made by ourselves, so the delivery time is much shorter
and much easier for us to control. |
